Company governance

Toranomon administers ownership, capital allocation, major approvals, and company records in accordance with its governing documents and applicable written arrangements. Portfolio companies remain responsible for their respective contracts, personnel, operations, and obligations.

Parent-level oversight may include significant capital, ownership, financing, appointment, and structural decisions. Ordinary operating activities are conducted by the applicable portfolio company.
